Basics in Unreal Engine (Week 12)

Before creating our own projects in Unreal Engine, myself and the rest of the class went over the basics of Unreal Engine to determine which skills we already have and what skills we don’t have yet. The skills we currently have are placing objects from the content browser, moving around our environment using the movement keys (W, A, S, and D), editing the size of objects, and applying materials using the material editor. As a practical, we started off with experimenting with different objects and began creating either a house or a car.

So far, I have been creating the basic layout of the house such as the different rooms:

Afterwards, I will begin creating doors, windows, roof, and furniture for each room including objects for the bathroom as well.
